Hello! I’m Elizabeth Seidl, a surface designer and maker who creates joyful products for people who embrace cats, gardens and cheerful nostalgia in the things they use everyday.
I love cats, like a lot. They are pretty much why I draw. I also love nature and all the plants, which are other reasons I draw. In my surface designs, I often combine both of these loves to make accessories and home decor that’s gorgeous and fun.
My design process includes old-school block printing techniques along with digital drawing on my iPad. When I’m not drawing, I’m catching up on Only Murders in the Building, re-watching Titanic, or taking cat pictures.
Need a fresh, fun design for a product you’re thinking of selling in your shop? Or how about a custom sticker or pattern that represents your brand? Or maybe you’d like a personalized fabric or wallpaper to complete your home décor or workspace? I can help bring your vision to life! For a custom artwork quote, please send me an email with your project details to elizabeth (at) escreative.ca
Helpful details to include would be the product you’d like me to design for, the timeline for when you’d like your project completed, and whether you need full exclusivity rights for the artwork or a limited license.
My process for creating custom artwork looks like this:
Stage 1: I’ll present to you three or four concept art sketches for feedback, you would approve one of these for me to refine, and we’ll move on to stage 2.
Stage 2: I’ll show you some colour variations of the refined artwork to choose from, you would provide further feedback and make a selection.
Stage 3: I’ll provide a final design proof for you to approve, according to your preferred size, scale and colour space requirements.
Stage 4: Once the final artwork is approved and no further changes are required, I will provide you with the finished artwork, in the file types you need for either printing and/or digital display.
